Property Sourcing Manager

About the Role

Udaan Realty Private Limited is seeking an energetic and proactive Property Sourcing Manager based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role focuses on identifying and enrolling commercial office spaces available for lease throughout Indore, contributing to building one of the largest commercial office space listings in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough field inspections across Indore to discover commercial office properties for lease.
• Engage with property owners, builders, and brokers to source fresh inventory consistently.
• Gather comprehensive property information, including photographs, floor plans, and ownership details.
• Maintain and regularly update the company’s CRM and property database with accurate property data.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with property owners concerning property availability and price negotiations.
• Provide the sales team with an up-to-date and reliable inventory of leasable commercial spaces.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners and channel partners to facilitate ongoing sourcing.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sourcing or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to perform extensive fieldwork across the Indore region.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.
• Motivated, well-organized, and target-driven individual.
