Role Overview
Reporting to the Cluster Manager – Operations, the Property Manager acts as the primary representative of BizzHub, engaging directly with clients and coordinating between various internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s brand ambassador in client-facing interactions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams such as Facilities and IT.
- Communicate effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
- Keep clients and internal teams informed regarding issue resolutions promptly.
- Organize and manage client events to facilitate networking and enhance the workspace environment.
- Handle onboarding formalities for new clients and their employees.
- Ensure the continuous availability of facilities and services to clients.
- Manage walk-in client interactions professionally.
- Prepare and submit timely center reports to respective internal teams.
- Oversee asset management, including tracking assets and conducting preventive equipment maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) within the premises to ensure the well-being and security of employees and community members.
