Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany. This long-term role offers the chance to be involved in a major project from its inception, managing office and tertiary properties with prospects for ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties across Germany.
- Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, landlords, and local community stakeholders.
- Coordinate efforts among on-site teams, contractors, and various service providers.
- Administer lease agreements and foster strong tenant relationships.
- Monitor financial matters including budgets, service charges, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Participate actively in the portfolio acquisition phase through audits, site inspections, and reviewing documentation.
- Generate routine operational reports for property owners.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial property portfolios.
- Background in handling office or tertiary assets.
- Expertise in lease management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher and fluency in German.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is advantageous.
