Job description
Overview
Zeoof Group is looking for a Property Management Officer to oversee and support the day-to-day administrative and operational processes of our real estate assets and properties. This role will act as a liaison between tenants, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless property management aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks related to assigned real estate assets and properties.
- Maintain comprehensive records including lease agreements, contracts, tenant information, and property documents.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, complaints, and service requirements, overseeing their resolution.
- Collaborate with Facility Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to address property and tenant needs.
- Monitor lease renewals, contract modifications, tenant paperwork, and other property-related obligations.
- Keep accurate and updated documentation of all property, tenant, and contract data.
- Organize administrative, contractual, and legal paperwork pertinent to property management activities.
- Assist in preparing regular management reports detailing property status, tenant matters, contracts, and pending actions.
- Coordinate property-related initiatives with external stakeholders, tenants, service providers, and other relevant parties.
- Support marketing and leasing efforts by providing property information and facilitating tenant coordination as necessary.
- Ensure all property management operations adhere to company policies and approved procedures.
- Escalate operational, tenant, or contract issues to higher management as needed.
- Perform additional administrative and property management duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in property management, real estate operations, lease administration, or related fields.
- Expertise in managing property contracts and leases along with tenant relations and documentation.
- Experience interacting directly with tenants, clients, and external partners.
- Strong administrative organization skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and persistence in follow-up activities.
- Good understanding of property management and real estate operational processes.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external teams.
