Role overview

Amazon Now Operations is building new ways of doing business across MENA, and this role supports that transformation through careful project coordination and strong operational follow-through. As a Project Support Specialist, you will help enable fast-delivery store launches and keep ongoing store operations running smoothly.

What you will do

• Carry out and oversee store launch activities through structured site visits.
• Keep project trackers and checklists accurate and up to date.
• Handle non-inventory stock records and transactions in Coupa, Amazon’s purchasing platform.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Spot risks early and raise concerns when needed.
• Look for ways to improve processes and apply better practices.
• Support the creation and rollout of new business models.

What you should bring

• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Background in retail operations or inventory management is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Comfort working independently while balancing several priorities at once.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory-related systems.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
