Key accountabilities

• Support the gathering, input, and review of data on refugee arrivals, housing placements, service use, and outcomes, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Take ownership of day-to-day project coordination tasks such as arranging meetings, drafting agendas, and keeping project files and records up to date.
• Act as a main contact for stakeholders, handling queries, sharing information, and supporting communication across project teams and partner organisations.
• Organise arrival logistics for refugees, including transport, accommodation, and welcome arrangements, working closely with agencies and service providers.
• Help coordinate project resources such as volunteers, donated items, and supplies to support resettlement and integration, ensuring they are used and distributed efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with project rules, funding conditions, and regulatory expectations, and keep records in line with required procedures.
• Support quality assurance work, including monitoring and evaluation, to measure project effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve delivery.
• Spot potential risks, issues, and implementation barriers, and contribute to mitigation actions and contingency planning.
• Assist with training, workshops, and orientation sessions for staff, volunteers, and community members so they can better support sanctuary seekers.
