Role Overview
Oneness Holdings is hiring for a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager position with HD Contractor Pte Ltd in Singapore. The role is based at Tai Seng and follows a full-time onsite schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly pay is in the range of SGD 7,000 to SGD 10,000, depending on experience.
- The package includes a fixed salary together with performance-linked incentives.
- Employees are also offered annual leave and medical coverage.
Work Location and Hours
- Office location: Tai Seng.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Distribute manpower, materials, and budget resources so work stays on track.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Anticipate project risks and take early action to reduce issues.
- Ensure all project activities follow contract obligations and applicable regulations.
- Track quality of work and confirm compliance with required standards.
- Keep management and clients informed with regular progress updates.
- Monitor spending and control project costs within budget limits.
- Handle delays, disputes, and unexpected site issues promptly.
- Close out projects successfully and prepare the necessary handover documentation.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and site resources effectively.
- Working familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project to prepare and present schedules to clients.
