Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within PT INSPIRO, located in Bauchi State, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans, establish objectives and budgets, and determine necessary resources.
- Develop timelines and evaluation methods to monitor project progress and outcomes.
- Lead strategic analysis efforts to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and coordinate all project stages to guarantee timely completion.
- Form and lead project teams, delegating individual roles and responsibilities effectively.
- Prepare proposals and organize all required meetings to select suitable project services and products.
- Supervise the creation and dissemination of all project-related communications.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with personnel across various company units.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Project management certification is advantageous.
- Experience in the insurance and banking sectors is preferred.
