Role overview
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is hiring a Project Manager for its Admissions AI Automation initiative at the Coimbatore campus. This position is part of the Directorate of Admissions and will focus on delivering and improving an AI-enabled voice and chat bot system that supports admissions outreach and student inquiries.
What the role will do
- Lead the rollout, deployment, and continuous refinement of the AI-based voice and chat bot solution.
- Support the transformation of admissions communication by automating responses to incoming queries and enabling outbound admissions campaigns.
- Act as the main coordination point among admissions leadership, counseling teams, and AI/backend development teams.
- Make sure the system aligns with university rules and policies, performs reliably during large call volumes, and provides a responsive, respectful experience for applicants and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering software implementation projects.
