Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team based in Singapore. This role involves managing ICT projects and governance initiatives, working closely with a variety of stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 7 years of professional experience in project management, digital governance, or technology delivery, with proven success leading ICT projects or governance efforts.
- Work effectively with diverse groups including business users, developers, architects, security personnel, and vendors.
- Have sound knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, compliance, audit procedures, and operational readiness processes.
- Understand ICT governance frameworks thoroughly, incorporating user experience principles and risk management approaches.
- Be familiar with enterprise architecture concepts, cloud technologies, system integration techniques, and models for operational support.
- Evaluate project and technical documents from a governance and compliance standpoint.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and follow-through in task execution.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Possess professional certifications such as PMP, CITPM, TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent credentials.
- Have experience utilizing collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint; familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Foundation 6 is an advantage.
- Exhibit excellent documentation skills, capable of translating complex governance concepts into practical and understandable guidelines.
- Possess strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills to harmonize efforts across varied teams.
