Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) to spearhead a significant digital transformation within a prominent organization. This pivotal position is responsible for advancing and modernizing the structures of project governance and introducing enterprise-wide workflow automation leveraging ServiceNow Process Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer development and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-level PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and leading practices.
- Define and institutionalize project governance standards, reporting structures, key performance indicators, and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with senior technology and business leaders to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and their delivery priorities.
- Convert manual, spreadsheet-driven PMO processes into seamless automated enterprise workflows.
- Lead the deployment, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Process Automation to optimize PMO operations.
- Architect automated workflows related to project initiation, approval cycles, governance assessments, portfolio oversight, reporting, and risk control.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven extensive background leading enterprise PMO governance functions.
- Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, and continuous process improvements.
- Successful history in driving business transformation and PMO modernization projects.
- Practical experience in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Process Automation is mandatory.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, leadership capabilities, communication proficiency, and problem-solving acumen.
