Position Overview

The role of Project Coordinator involves hands-on management and execution of privacy and cybersecurity compliance projects. The candidate must excel in written communication, team collaboration, detailed task and documentation management, and the ability to juggle multiple workflows accurately. Collaboration with attorneys and IT security experts is essential to ensure efficient project delivery aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement project plans meeting scope, deadlines, and budgets.
• Keep precise and current project records, task lists, and documentation.
• Organize client and internal meetings, managing calendars across different time zones and establishing key schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in meetings producing detailed and structured minutes including actionable tasks with responsible persons and timelines.
• Track project progress, prioritize critical tasks, identify risks or issues promptly, and suggest subsequent steps.
• Maintain clear communication with attorneys, team members, and clients about project statuses and upcoming actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and best practices.
• Support coordination of workloads among team members.
• Help document and enhance business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Minimum of four years experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience meticulously taking meeting minutes and monitoring action items.
• Background in professional services, consulting, legal, or technology sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or compliance projects is advantageous.
• Project management certifications, such as CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation, are preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in legal, IT audit, or cybersecurity areas is beneficial.
