Job Summary

Exactus Energy is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Residential Structural Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery of project outputs by providing essential administrative and project support. The Project Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the structural team and clients, managing daily operations.

Contract Details

This is a 1-year contract position, with the potential for extension based on ongoing project requirements. The standard working hours for this role are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Upload structural project deliverables to all designated clients.
• Process and import incoming project requests from various platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date internal and external platforms following document uploads to clients.
• Notify internal teams promptly upon receipt of client updates, requests, or documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely submission of documents and responses.
• Provide support for a range of administrative and data entry tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry and/or project administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient time management skills.
• A strong eye for detail.
• Familiarity with various CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
