Role overview
SolarSquare Energy is expanding its residential solar business in India, and this position will play a central role in that growth journey. The role is based in Nagpur and requires working from the office.
What you will do
- Take ownership of offline growth initiatives across several cities and help them scale.
- Manage the full pipeline from lead creation to site visits and final conversions.
- Coordinate closely with city leads and sales teams to strengthen on-ground execution.
- Create practical, repeatable growth processes that can be expanded across locations.
- Rely on data and performance insights to make decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
Profile we are looking for
- Professionals with around 1 to 2 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Growth, or Program-related work.
- Candidates who have graduated from Tier-1 institutions such as IITs, IIMs, top NITs, and similar colleges.
