About the Role

The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking a passionate Program Director to join our management team at our new location in Little River, Victoria, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work in an energetic, fun, and fulfilling environment dedicated to the growth and development of children aged from 4 months to 12 years. The position involves teaching classes, overseeing program quality, and managing team members using our proven curriculum and methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional classes based on the established curriculum and teaching techniques, with full training provided.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming membership experience where each member feels like family.
• Manage and maintain the high standards of The Little Gym International across all programs offered.
• Lead the training and evaluation processes for other team members.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Comfortable with being playful and energetic, enjoys engaging with children and giving high fives.
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to serving others and fostering their success.
• Has a natural affinity with children and their parents.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm combined with the ability to focus and work seriously when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 AUD.
