Role Overview

The Program Director acts as the operational and clinical foundation for the ConcordeRx member experience. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete behavioral coaching program, including managing the behavioral health coach panel, ensuring member engagement and compliance, preserving program integrity, and acting as the main liaison between employer clients and Concorde's operational team. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a panel of contracted behavioral health coaches, handling scheduling, quality assurance, performance reviews, and onboarding procedures for new coaches
• Manage member engagement from initial eligibility through active involvement by monitoring intake completion, session frequency, habit adherence, and weigh-in compliance
• Serve as the main contact for employer HR and benefits representatives during program rollout and ongoing execution
• Lead team meetings for coaches, distribute standard operating procedures, and enforce billing and documentation requirements
• Track and report critical program metrics such as engagement rates, session completions, milestone achievements, and dropout alerts to both the COO and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with platform and operations teams to implement program rules within system configurations
• Recognize and escalate situations involving members or coaches that need intervention
• Provide support during client proposal and renewal discussions by supplying program data and summarizing outcomes

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in managing health coaching programs, care coordination, or behavioral health operations
• Experience managing contractor or coaching staff is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for direct interaction with employer HR and benefits teams
• Highly organized with proficiency in managing member tracking tools, standard operating procedures, and team documentation
• Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, obesity management, or weight loss programs is highly advantageous
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment with changing tools and processes
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in public health, nutrition, health administration, or similar fields are preferred

Compensation

This is a remote, independent contractor position compensated via an hourly rate aligned with experience.
