Company Overview

Role Summary
The Production Technician will execute all industrial operations within the Primary Production plant, adhering strictly to standard operating and maintenance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine monitoring of hydrogen plants including logging and equipment inspections to guarantee continuous supply and contractual compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve system irregularities, perform preventive maintenance, and manage both planned and unplanned shutdowns and start-ups.
- Manage bulk gas inventory processes such as ordering, receiving, and executing pallet or drum replacements.
- Follow company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, including the 12 Life Saving Rules and local regulations, while actively serving on the Emergency Response Team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by proactively addressing operational needs and resolving any complaints.
- Collaborate with project management teams during installation, commissioning, and operational phases of new gas plants.
- Participate in ongoing internal and external training to enhance technical skills and operational expertise.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualification of ITE, NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a chemical processing or process plant environment.
- Thorough knowledge of personal and process safety standards relevant to industrial settings.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
- Flexibility and readiness to work on a rotating shift basis.
- Forklift operating skills are a beneficial addition.
- Capability to manage both TGM and plant operations effectively.
