Production Operative - Late Shift

About the Position

This role offers full-time employment on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Cheltenham, working the late shift from 16:00 until completion, Monday to Friday. Compensation starts at 12.81 per hour, increasing to 13.41 per hour after 18:00. The main responsibilities involve hand finishing and ironing garments and linen to ensure consistent quality and precision. Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand ironing and finish garments and linen with attention to fine detail.
• Maintain high quality standards for all items before they are dispatched.
• Accurately count items and keep precise production records.
• Pack completed goods properly for distribution.
• Verify order numbers and customer information carefully for accuracy.
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail throughout the entire shift.

Candidate Requirements
