Product Manager

Overview

We seek an experienced Product Manager to lead the product development of Fina One, a merchant platform designed to empower businesses to sell through multiple channels and efficiently govern their daily operations. The perfect candidate will have a background in building merchant-centric SaaS, POS, retail, e-commerce, or business management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery strategy for Fina One.
• Identify merchant needs by conducting customer research, analyzing product data, and assessing the market landscape.
• Convert business and customer requirements into precise product specifications and user stories.
• Steer the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and validation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, operations, onboarding, and customer success teams.
• Enhance processes for merchant onboarding, setup, activation, and continuous product interaction.
• Track metrics such as product adoption, user engagement, retention rates, transaction activities, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Prioritize feature development by weighing customer value, business impact, and implementation efforts.
• Manage product launches, documentation, training programs, and GTM readiness.
• Facilitate integrations with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, accounting, delivery services, and other third-party providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SaaS, fintech, POS, e-commerce, retail technology, or business software products.
• Demonstrated history of handling merchant-facing or B2B digital products.
• Strong grasp of merchant operations encompassing sales, inventory, order processing, customer interaction, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Successful track record in launching products and driving metrics like adoption, engagement, or commercial outcomes.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
