Role Overview

We are searching for highly skilled Product Designers passionate about crafting exceptional mobile and web product experiences. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with engineers, leverage user research and data to solve complex problems, and maintain exceptional quality and polish in every feature delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver appealing product designs for both mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with product engineers through all design phases from early concepts to detailed final mockups.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using Figma and code to clearly communicate concepts and inspire enthusiasm.
• Use data analysis, user feedback, and design sensibility to guide design decisions and clarify complex challenges.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of design craftsmanship and address inconsistencies across the product.
• Balance swift development with thoughtful refinement to deliver features that delight users.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between 2 to 7 years of experience designing and launching digital products, with preference for backgrounds in startups or consumer social platforms.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills, diverse cross-platform work, and keen product insight.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance design productivity.
• A collaborative team approach, receptive to feedback, and ability to set aside ego in group settings.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Expertise in motion design or microanimations using tools such as Lottie, Rive, or CSS.
• Prototyping capabilities.
• Storyboarding skills related to animations and demo videos.
• Experience with UX writing or crafting microcopy.
• Front-end development knowledge.
• Icon set creation.
• Working with design systems.
• User research experience.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000 per year in addition to equity grants. Final salary offers depend on factors such as candidate qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Additional benefits as described above are also provided.
