Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled product analyst to enhance our understanding and evolution of our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests to guide roadmap priorities with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Use tools like FullStory to detect user journey obstacles and improvement areas, providing actionable guidance to product and design teams.
  • Create and maintain ELT data models leveraging SQL and dbt, ensuring robust data quality through diligent testing.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish success metrics, rank initiatives, and promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and visualizations that enable stakeholders to make informed product choices.
  • Enhance our data infrastructure by guaranteeing data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility for scalable analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a product, business, or data analyst, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software sectors.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $145,900 to $205,000 annually.
