Join Snoonu as a Producer, the creative leader responsible for shaping and executing our brand’s visual content. You will lead a passionate team of multimedia creators and oversee the entire production cycle from initial idea to polished final product, crafting captivating visuals that embody Snoonu's identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of multimedia content creation including photography, video, and social-first media ensuring top-tier quality and brand consistency.
• Supervise and develop the Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator to enhance team performance and career growth.
• Manage the production pipeline with effective planning, scheduling, resource distribution, and delivering content aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social Media, PR, and Events teams to translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories.
• Be actively involved in content production by directing shoots, crafting creative concepts, preparing shot lists, storyboards, and managing post-production workflows.
• Guarantee that every creative output adheres to Snoonu’s visual style, tone, and brand standards.
• Continuously explore innovative production techniques, including AI tools and new content forms to elevate creative output and efficiency.
• Oversee production budgets, gear, freelance talent, and external vendor partnerships as needed.
• Refine production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content at scale.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of experience in creative or content production management.
• Robust portfolio showcasing work on commercial campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Proven expertise directing photo and video shoots, encompassing pre-production and post-production phases.
• In-depth understanding of social-first content strategies, platform best practices, and emerging trends.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools is advantageous.
• Strong skills in production planning, budgeting, and resource management.
