Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated Printing Machine Operators to join our team at our Thane West location. This role is full-time with a day shift schedule, based at Bannerbaji, Plot No. 67, D10, Saidarshan Society, near the MSEB office, Sawarkar Nagar, Thane West, Thane - 400606.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and maintain Flex Printing Machines effectively.
- Supervise machine functioning to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve minor mechanical or operational glitches during production.
- Maintain commitment to daily production targets and schedules.
- Show enthusiasm in learning and adapting to new machinery and technological updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of 12th grade pass.
- Open to freshers; training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.
- Basic understanding of English language.
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to new environments.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹14,000.
- Overtime compensation is available.
