Print Operations Manager

Role overview

Canva is looking for a Print Operations Manager to help scale how its physical print products are delivered across APAC. This role sits within the Print Operations team, which supports the end-to-end delivery of products such as business cards, flyers, signage, merchandise, and more.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of print partners and suppliers across APAC, with accountability for performance, delivery, and growth.
• Coordinate the full rollout of new product launches across the region, including planning, operational preparation, and execution.
• Set up and improve onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities so launches are scalable and sustainable.
• Spot and implement process improvements that strengthen partner performance and increase the scalability of Canva Print across APAC.
• Develop strong working relationships with external partners and serve as an escalation point for operational issues.
• Work closely with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support business outcomes.
• Track operational performance, identify risks early, and drive clear action plans to resolve issues.
• Support regional planning and strategic projects that improve quality, reliability, and growth for Canva Print.
• Lead initiatives independently from idea stage through delivery, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to the work.

What makes you a strong fit

• Experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplaces, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfilment, product operations, or a similar area.
• Proven ownership of a portfolio, program, business area, partner network, or operational function with a high level of autonomy.
• Hands-on experience working with external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
• Background launching and scaling physical products, ideally across multiple markets or operating environments.
• Confidence leading initiatives independently and influencing results across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to connect operational decisions to customer, partner, and business impact.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, balancing strategy with execution, and turning complexity into practical action.

About the team

The Canva Print team helps turn digital designs into real-world products. The Print Operations team works at the centre of this experience, partnering with print suppliers and internal teams to deliver physical products with quality, speed, reliability, and care. As Canva Print grows across APAC, the team is building the operational foundation needed to launch new products, improve partner performance, and create strong customer experiences.

Work location and flexibility

Canva’s main campus is in Sydney. The company also has a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Team members have flexibility in where and how they work, with a focus on finding the balance that helps them and their team achieve their goals.
