About Cartology and Woolworths Group

Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine pricing frameworks, developing and enhancing rate cards for all Cartology products and channels, supporting quarterly and yearly evaluations.
- Assist in commercial modelling activities by preparing precise data inputs, performing in-depth analysis, and working closely with the Senior Commercial Analyst.
- Serve as the primary expert and key contact for all pricing-related inquiries from Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Regularly analyze performance indicators such as effective rates, discount patterns, and overall yield to identify opportunities for better pricing efficiency and margin enhancement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure pricing strategies align with wider business goals and current market conditions.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analysis; experience in the media or advertising sector is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in commercial modelling, scenario evaluation, and providing data-backed recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for complex data handling.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, capable of advising and supporting different business units confidently.
- An inquisitive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Additional advantage: familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Power BI, knowledge of digital or out-of-home advertising, or retail store operations.
