Pricer - Full Time

Role overview

As a Pricer, you’ll help stores operate efficiently by sorting donated goods, assigning prices, and getting items ready for the sales floor. This role is important to the organization’s mission of improving lives through meaningful work.

Key duties

• Separate incoming donations into items that can be sold, salvaged, or discarded.
• Apply accurate pricing to goods by using standard price references.
• Place merchandise on the sales floor, keep it rotated, and support merchandising efforts.
• Keep the work area tidy, orderly, and safe.
• Contribute to daily output targets and help maintain steady workflow.
• Provide strong service to donors and shoppers.
• Comply with all safety rules, security procedures, and company policies.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of clothing, antiques, and collectibles is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Physical demands

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Should be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or move items weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance on a regular basis.
• For items over 40 pounds, additional team support may be requested as needed.
• Role requires repeated motions and good manual dexterity.
• Must be able to exert significant physical force as needed for lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying tasks.
