Price Manager

About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a seasoned Price Manager based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, to collaborate closely with sales, domain, and commercial teams. The role focuses on driving profitable growth, maximizing commercial value, and aligning local objectives with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead pricing strategies across hardware, software, and services portfolios.
• Perform benchmarking and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee pricing approval processes, ensuring adherence to global policies.
• Advise on commercial terms, cash flow, profitability, and conduct risk evaluations.
• Maintain customer price sheets, discount schemes, and incentive frameworks.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing pricing processes using analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least six years of experience within Telecom, IT, Networks, or Digital Services sectors.
• In-depth understanding of Pakistan's telecom market and key stakeholders.
• Strong financial skills, especially in crafting business cases.
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven success in direct customer negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and commercial operations.
• Fluency in English language communication.
