About the Company
Our client is a privately held commercial furniture manufacturing firm with annual revenues of $30 million. The current owner is looking to transition leadership to a new President who can guide the company to reach $50 million in sales within five years. This role requires relocation and an on-site presence, with compensation negotiable based on candidate experience and background.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full ownership of the company's profit and loss accountability.
- Lead and direct sales and operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Recruit and appoint senior leadership roles, including CFO, VP of Sales, and Director of Human Resources.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve $50 million in sales over the next five years.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience in both operations and sales management.
- Demonstrated track record of full P&L responsibility.
- Previous involvement in the commercial interiors industry, preferably with manufacturing experience.
