- Experience in launching revenue-generating services, partnerships, or educational programs.
- Strong knowledge of AI adoption, digital and workforce transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with grant applications, public funding, government relations, and economic development initiatives is highly desirable.
- Exposure to startups, incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurship or innovation ecosystems is advantageous.
- Experience supporting academic curriculum development, industry advisory roles, work-integrated learning, or employer engagement is a plus.
- Excellent skills in business development, proposal writing, presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to oversee teams, budgets, projects, contractors, and multidisciplinary initiatives.
- Capability to work autonomously in a founder-led environment, creating structure within an emerging business unit.
Ideal Candidate Profile
