Policy Analyst

Role Overview

IntePros seeks an experienced Policy Analyst to join their Public Policy team, focusing on tracking and interpreting global regulatory, legislative, and political developments. This position is ideal for professionals with 2 to 3 years of background in public policy, government affairs, consulting, or comparable areas, who are driven to deliver impactful policy insight that influences business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and identify political, legislative, and regulatory developments across various international jurisdictions.
• Conduct in-depth research to assess implications these policy changes may have on the business, including risks associated with regulations.
• Develop and deliver briefings, reports, presentations, and updates tailored for senior leaders.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure policy insights align with business and operational objectives.
• Support efforts related to transparency reporting, ensuring data integrity and compliance with both internal and external standards.
• Contribute to improving internal systems for monitoring, research workflows, and analytical resources.
• Apply AI-driven tools to identify, monitor, and distill legislative, regulatory, and policy updates globally.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in politics, regulations, and global policy shifts.

Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in public policy, regulatory analysis, government relations, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytic abilities with expertise in interpreting detailed legal, policy, and regulatory content.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of producing clear, concise analysis and reports.
• Genuine interest and awareness of global political and legislative activities.
• Proven organizational proficiency to juggle multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
• High attention to detail when handling source materials, compliance documentation, and policy content.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with policy tracking tools, research databases, or platforms designed for regulatory monitoring.
• Background in assisting with transparency reporting or regulatory disclosure projects.
• Knowledge of AI-powered research or analytical technologies.
