Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Assist the PMO team in managing project schedules, activities, and deliverables efficiently.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, identify risks, and oversee action items across various projects.
- Create comprehensive project reports, visual dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Oversee maintenance of project documentation, registers, and official PMO records.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, document minutes, and ensure follow-through on action points.
- Guarantee adherence to PMO governance standards, compliance procedures, and reporting protocols.
- Contribute to resource planning, project control processes, and performance measurement tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related fields.
- Prior experience in project coordination, PMO functions, or project administration is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational abilities combined with strong communication and analytical reasoning.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management software and reporting tools is a valuable asset.
