Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of all mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and fix plumbing fixtures and fittings to ensure functionality.
• Inspect, clean, and service fire fighting and water pressurization systems.
• Upkeep domestic cold and hot water supply systems, including maintenance of calorifiers and heat exchangers.
• Maintain sewage systems, pumps, aerator installations, and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all plumbing and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification recognized locally.
