The role
This position is responsible for both the digital platform and the community surrounding it. You will shape the end-to-end digital journey, manage the founder experience, support marketplace capabilities, handle integrations and migrations, and drive ecosystem participation and community involvement. In this role, the platform and the community are treated as one connected system.
What you will do
- Develop and launch the LIMITLESS platform along with the founder-facing experience.
- Take ownership of onboarding flows, profile setup, founder dashboards, and ecosystem-related workflows.
- Drive the identification and integration of a Startup Operating System, along with the ecosystem intelligence engine.
- Embed marketplace functionality and matching-engine features into the platform.
- Grow and nurture communities of founders, builders, and developers.
- Create engagement loops, events, founder spotlights, and content-led programs.
- Monitor usage, participation, and overall ecosystem health indicators.
- Work closely with HUMAIN’s product and engineering teams to deliver the platform.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a platform builder with a strong community mindset. You should have delivered digital products from concept to launch while also helping grow active founder, developer, or startup communities. Experience with developer relations, onboarding design, content-led growth, network effects, and product-driven community building is important.
You should be comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, and AI teams on technical integrations while also creating founder engagement initiatives, community programs, and ecosystem activation plans. The role calls for someone who can launch an early version of a platform in weeks rather than months and then build sustained engagement around it. Your focus should be on adoption, retention, engagement, and ecosystem growth rather than only on feature delivery.

- A successful launch of the platform.
- More than 500 active founders and builders engaged on the platform.
- The Startup Operating System, Intelligence, and Ecosystem beta integrated into the LIMITLESS platform.
- The marketplace and matching engine fully working.
- Strong participation and healthy ecosystem engagement.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in platform management, product management, startup ecosystems, digital innovation, community building, or similar areas.
- Background in AI, technology, SaaS, venture capital, startup ecosystems, or digital platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
