Planner - In Service Assets

Role Overview

Water Corporation is seeking two In Service Maintenance Planners to join our teams, with locations available in Osborne Park or Canning Vale, Western Australia. This role is vital for managing and maintaining critical water infrastructure assets to ensure their safe, efficient, and reliable operation throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate maintenance plans that assure the operational integrity of Water Corporation’s assets.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, projects, and finance teams to plan and execute maintenance activities effectively.
• Support new and upgraded asset integration by preparing maintenance documentation and verifying asset information accuracy.
• Utilize asset management systems like SAP or Maximo to manage asset data, assist in investigations, and enhance asset performance.
• Monitor asset conditions and inspection regimes to identify necessary maintenance and opportunities to extend asset lifespans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing maintenance data, reviewing processes, and recommending asset management enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess relevant trade certification or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Maintenance, or related fields.
• Proven background in maintenance planning, asset management, reliability, or operational support within industrial, utility, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP, Maximo, or similar asset management platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities to foster cooperative relationships across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with an aptitude for managing competing demands in a dynamic environment.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Annual salary of $115,561 plus superannuation.
