Role overview

This position is responsible for overseeing placement operations for design programs, building relationships with companies, and ensuring students are supported through the placement process. The role also involves promoting the school’s programs and strengthening industry engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle placement coordination, arrange company interactions, and track student resumes.
• Promote the courses offered by the institution and help build professional industry networks.
• Create and maintain MIS reports related to student placements.
• Gather feedback from industry partners and use it to support improvement efforts.
• Maintain required documentation and assist with other student-related operational tasks.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should have 8 to 12+ years of experience in corporate relations and placement-related work, preferably in a university or an edtech environment. A proven placement record for students from a School of Design is required.
