Job Overview
Join Flipkart Minutes as a Picker / Packer, responsible for managing grocery orders efficiently from the warehouse through to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select grocery items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Securely package items to ensure safe delivery and label orders for correct sorting according to routes.
- Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner meeting operational deadlines.
- Load completed orders onto delivery vehicles and assist with unloading incoming inventory shipments.
Skills and Experience
- Competence in order picking and stock verification techniques.
- Experience in packing and organizing packages for dispatch.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and perform stocktaking.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed at least 10th grade education and be aged between 18 and 30 years. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Shifts
The position offers a monthly salary of INR 17,202 after statutory deductions including ESI and PF.
Work shifts operate on a rotational basis, including Shift B (2 pm to 11 pm) and Shift C (10 pm to 7 am). During the training period, employees work a general shift.
Location
Work location is in the Financial District areas of Hyderabad.
