직무 설명
Role Overview
The Picker / Packer is responsible for selecting items from warehouse stock according to order requirements, inspecting them for quantity and quality, and securely packaging them. Ensuring safe handling, proper labeling, timely dispatch, and compliance with the warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are key aspects of the role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Select products accurately based on order details (Picking).
- Verify the quantity and quality of chosen items.
- Package items securely and appropriately.
- Affix necessary labels on packages.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and follow safety protocols.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and sorting of goods.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education: Completion of 10th grade.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics sectors is advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labor.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Shift-based working hours.
- Overtime may be required and compensated as per company policy.
- Salary range: INR 18,000 to 34,000 per month, according to company norms.
- Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other applicable benefits may be provided.
