Role Overview

As a Picker and Packer, you will play a vital role in the delivery chain by identifying, examining, and packing products efficiently to ensure prompt and flawless customer delivery.

Key Duties

• Navigate store shelves using a partner app to quickly and precisely select ordered items.
• Conduct quality checks for product freshness, packaging integrity, and expiry dates, focusing on perishables.
• Pack orders carefully to avoid damage or leakage during transport.
• Support inventory tasks such as restocking, counting stock, and flagging shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles and packing areas to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure timely handoff of packed orders to delivery personnel within set turnaround times.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th pass; 12th pass preferred and basic Hindi or English literacy.
• Fresh candidates welcomed; prior experience in retail, warehousing, or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Document requirements include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Passbook or cancelled cheque.

Skills Needed

• Competence in smartphone use and app navigation.
• Basic knowledge of weights and measures.
• Capacity to maintain speed and accuracy under pressure.

• Monthly salary range between ₹21,000 and ₹28,000, dependent on evaluation and experience.
