We are expanding our team and invite a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary group based in New Plymouth.

Role and Career Development

This position is ideal for those starting their physiotherapy career, offering a strong platform in musculoskeletal and community rehabilitation. Daily Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation using evidence-based physiotherapy methods.
• Engage with clients both in clinic settings and community environments.
• Deliver services adhering to ACC and contractual deadlines.
• Utilise “Heidi,” our AI-powered note-taking assistant, to simplify documentation and minimize administrative burdens.
• Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Develop communication skills tailored to clients, their families, funders, and stakeholders.
• Participate actively in case reviews and team learning opportunities.
• Receive ongoing support while progressively handling responsibilities confidently.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and productivity, setting individualized goals in consultation with your manager.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Physiotherapy qualification recognised in New Zealand, with 1 to 2 years of professional experience post-graduation.
• Current or eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ).
• Positive mindset combined with a willingness to learn continually.
• Effective communication skills and commitment to client-focused care.
• Ability to work autonomously with available support.
• Valid full New Zealand driver's license.
• A strong drive, curiosity, and passion to contribute positively in this role.
