Photographer/Videographer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Photographer/Videographer passionate about crafting impactful visual narratives. Operating from our Doha office, the ideal candidate will have a creative vision and technical expertise to produce outstanding photography and video content aligned with our brand and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture engaging, top-quality photographs and videos for a variety of projects, matching the creative briefs provided.
• Work closely with the creative team to transform concepts into compelling visual stories using photography and videography.
• Edit and enhance images and videos to comply with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Lead and coordinate photo/video shoots, managing elements such as set design, lighting, composition, and directing talent to meet project needs.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in photography and videography, integrating new styles and techniques.
• Handle concurrent photo and video projects efficiently, prioritizing work to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Support pre-production activities, including concept ideation, storyboarding, moodboard creation, and scouting locations.
• Provide raw materials for editing and collaborate with video editors to finalize content that aligns with creative direction.
• Ensure the upkeep and readiness of all photography and videography equipment for use during shoots.
• Adapt to diverse photographic and video styles such as lifestyle, product, corporate events, and promotional campaigns based on project demands.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 3 to 4 years of combined experience in photography and videography, accompanied by a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• Skilled in using studio gear and artificial lighting for both photo and video shoots.
• Experience with video production fundamentals, including framing, camera movement, and basic audio recording.
• Proficient in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities, with a good understanding of creative briefs and collaboration.
• Self-motivated, capable of independently managing time and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Proficient across various photography genres, including portraits, products, lifestyle, events, and video production in multiple formats.
• Familiarity with art direction is advantageous.
