Position Overview

As a Photographer / Videographer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and editing visual content ranging from brief social media reels to short films and lifestyle projects. The assignments are location-based, spanning various categories with industry-standard quality expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop concepts, shoot footage, and perform editing tasks for social media reels and short films.
Convert branded content into a range of assets optimized for social platforms.
Work closely with creative and marketing teams ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.
Manage quick turnarounds, engage with trending topics, and maintain efficient communication with team members.
Produce content formatted to perform effectively across all major social media platforms.

Required Equipment and Technical Skills

Use a full-frame camera capable of 4K video recording.
Operate a gimbal stabilizer such as DJI RS3 or RS2, or an equivalent model.
Utilize wide-angle fixed-aperture lenses (approximately 16–35mm) and standard range fixed-aperture lenses (around 24–70mm).
Employ wireless lavalier microphones or audio recorders like Rode Wireless GO 2 or DJI Mic, plus an on-camera shotgun microphone for recording audio.
Handle drone piloting using equipment such as Mavic 3 or Air 2S, including ND filters, adhering to safe and legal flight regulations.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop for editing and post-production work.

Candidate Profile

Possess an artistic vision with an eye for striking, compelling frames.
Have extensive technical knowledge related to cameras, lenses, stabilizers, filters, and lighting setups.
Showcase proven post-production capabilities backed by a portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Be dependable both during shoots and in meeting deadlines for content delivery.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Work will take place at the Tampa, Florida studio, with flexibility provided for on-location shoots as required by projects.
