Main Duties and Responsibilities

Dispense and prepare prescriptions accurately
Deliver excellent customer service consistently
Manage stock control and place ethical orders efficiently
Maintain strict prescription control procedures
Complete monthly claims processes
Understand and manage reject and reclaim records
Prepare and file all required documentation properly
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary area

Skills and Experience

Possession of an accredited Pharmacy Technician qualification is mandatory
Minimum of three years in a Technician or dispensary role required
Comprehensive product knowledge essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong customer service orientation with a polite and helpful demeanor
Team player attitude with flexibility to work alternate Saturdays when necessary
Fluency in English
Legal authorization to work in Ireland
