Role Summary
We are offering a full-time, permanent position for a Pharmacy Technician at our Kinvarra store. This role goes beyond handling medicines; it’s about creating positive experiences for our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain prescription records and efficiently manage monthly HSE PCRS claims to ensure compliance.
- Assist patients by providing knowledgeable advice on over-the-counter products.
- Deliver friendly, expert customer service aimed at building strong patient relationships.
- Take responsibility for dispensary stock management, including checking expiry dates and managing orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Actively engage in personal growth, contribute to team initiatives, and bring forward innovative ideas.
Essential Qualifications
Possession of the IPU Pharmacy Technician course certification or a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is mandatory.
