Pharmaceutical Field Specialist

Overview

STEM Healthcare is looking to hire a Pharmaceutical Field Specialist for part-time freelance assignments based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position offers the flexibility to work 1-3 days per week depending on project needs and is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, marketing, or market research aiming to engage in project-based work with potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales representatives to arrange shadowing days in the field.
• Observe sales representatives' interactions with clients carefully and unobtrusively during face-to-face meetings.
• Conduct detailed interviews lasting 60 to 90 minutes with sales representatives on the field day.
• Complete and submit structured, English-language reports within 24-48 hours post field visit based on observations.
• Attend pre-project online briefing sessions (30-60 minutes) to understand project goals and provide initial feedback.
• Participate in project debrief calls and contribute constructive feedback for the formulation of final recommendations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or market research within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English—both spoken and written.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, science, or data-related fields.
• Availability to commit 1-3 days per week when assigned to projects, with flexibility throughout the day.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally within Saudi Arabia.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong listening skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
