About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Personal Driver based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos to provide safe and professional transportation services. The candidate should possess thorough knowledge of Lagos routes, demonstrate excellent driving skills, and uphold a high standard of confidentiality and discretion. The ideal driver must be punctual, well-groomed, and maintain a professional demeanor consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport the employer safely to and from various appointments, meetings, and destinations as scheduled.
• Ensure on-time arrival at all assigned locations.
• Efficiently plan routes using tools like Google Maps to minimize delays and avoid traffic congestion.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially around Lekki and neighboring areas.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to verify safety and functionality.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues, maintenance needs, or abnormalities.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and in well-maintained condition.
• Ensure adequate fuel levels and routine supplies for daily usage.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic rules and promote responsible driving practices.
• Maintain confidentiality about the employer’s schedule, movements, and personal information.
• Assist occasionally with errands and other transportation-related responsibilities as required.
• Remain calm and professional even in challenging traffic situations.
• Perform any other reasonable driving duties as assigned by the employer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience as a Personal, Private, or Executive Driver.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns.
• Skilled in using Google Maps and other navigation applications.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
• Excellent driving skillset with a clean driving record free from avoidable accidents or reckless behavior.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and presentation at all times.
• Punctual, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Candidates living in or near Lekki Phase 1 are preferred for ensuring punctuality and availability for early start times.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of ₦150,000.
