Position Overview
CGI is seeking a highly organised and ambitious Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our executive leadership team. This role enables senior leaders to concentrate on strategic initiatives, client success, and business growth by delivering proactive and high-quality administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage complex calendars and diaries for senior executives
- Coordinate meetings, events, and governance forums efficiently
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and catering logistics
- Oversee procurement and eProcurement approvals
- Manage holiday requests, timesheets, and expense claims
- Maintain dashboards, internal reporting, and visibility tools
- Support desk and meeting room bookings for onsite collaboration
- Provide general administrative assistance and respond to ad hoc requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in executive-level support roles, preferably as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, flexible, and professional approach to supporting senior leadership
