Role overview
This is a full-time, office-based position in Kolkata for a performance marketing professional who can drive qualified leads through paid digital campaigns. The role requires practical experience in planning, running, and improving campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a clear emphasis on lead quality, conversion growth, and return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch, and continuously refine lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar digital channels.
- Focus on delivering strong-quality leads while meeting targets for cost per lead, return on ad spend, and conversion performance.
- Review campaign results regularly, interpret data, and apply improvements to raise efficiency and outcomes.
- Handle budgets, audience segmentation, remarketing activities, and A/B testing efforts.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and overall campaign impact.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related reporting platforms to measure performance.
- Contribute to broader brand-building efforts through coordinated digital marketing initiatives.
Required experience and skills
- 1–6 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated success in generating quality leads and optimizing campaign outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication abilities.
Additional information
Location: Kolkata, India, with work from office required. Employment type: full-time. Compensation is up to INR 40,000 per month, depending on experience. Candidates with prior experience in real-estate lead generation or similar lead-focused industries will be preferred.
