Role overview

As a People Generalist, you will help deliver the full people agenda by supporting employee processes, assisting managers and team members, and contributing to smooth recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement activities. You will also use people data and insights to guide actions and help maintain a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out or assist with employee lifecycle processes in line with the company’s agreed people procedures.
  • Coordinate people projects and initiatives that impact the business units or functions you support.

  • Organize and facilitate training, including follow-up on culture and values-related learning.
  • Support performance management and development follow-up, including dialogs and contribution journeys.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline work for Department Managers and Sales Advisors.
  • Analyze people data and prepare reports to support decision-making and KPI tracking.
  • Follow up on headcount, turnover, training, and hiring metrics.
  • Track people KPIs connected to fair working environment outcomes.
