Job Overview
We are seeking a Pega Senior System Architect with proven certification and extensive experience in Pega application development. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Pega architecture and demonstrate proficiency in Case Management, integrations, decisioning, and Business Process Management (BPM).
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and architect Pega applications aligning with organizational requirements.
- Work with Case Management, integration layers like REST and SOAP APIs, decisioning frameworks, and BPM processes.
- Adhere strictly to Pega guardrails and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum project delivery cycles.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Mandatory Pega SSA certification.
- Substantial hands-on experience in Pega application development and architecture.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Proven familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
