Role Summary

The Payroll Specialist will work remotely on a part-time basis, managing comprehensive payroll operations accurately. Core responsibilities include processing both regular and special payroll cycles, maintaining detailed payroll records, and validating timekeeping information. This position requires calculating payroll taxes, overseeing garnishments, and liaising with payroll service providers when necessary. The specialist will answer payroll-related questions, address inconsistencies, and generate routine payroll reports for leadership. Collaboration with HR and Finance departments ensures adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
